Originally founded in London, DUNGEON began their speed-thrash-D-beat conquest with the aptly titled demo 'Unholy Speed Attack' in 2015. One year later, they released the demo 'English Hell' through the respected Me Saco Un Ojo Records. DUNGEON collaborated with Me Saco Un Ojo to release the mini-album 'Purifying Fire' in 2018, which was fervently received in terms of intensity and personality. This MLP was recorded live over a dirty weekend in a damp Berlin bunker by engineer Max Hillebrand (Vasseur, Children) in September 2022. With five filthy tracks on 'Into the Ruins,' DUNGEON dig even deeper into destruction, incorporating increasingly extreme influences into their sound. Their berserker energy summons Sodom and brutal 80s thrash, as well as Morbid Angel, Mercyful Fate, and Anti Cimex from the Raped Ass era. Anti Cimex and other acoustic horrors all merge into DUNGEON's characteristic explosive sound. The Venom/Discharge/Priest foundation is still present, but distorted and perverted to an even greater extent.
