The album 'Hit and run' by Girlschool is being released again as a 'Revisited Edition' in a Digipak.

Now available again: the Girlschool album 'Hit And Run' (1981) celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2011 and was honored for this occasion with a re-recording of their NWOBHM classic 'Hit and Run - Revisited'. Doro was chosen as a guest singer for the bonus song 'Hit And Run'. There are only a very limited number of rock albums that have stood the test of time, only true masterpieces that still sound fresh and exciting years after their release. The reason for its cult status: the songs are timeless and the album's sound perfectly captures the magic of the moment. Girlschool's second album, 'Hit And Run,' released in 1981, was such a classic.
