'The long-awaited new Dokken album, 'Heaven Comes Down,' is finally complete and the first single from it is called 'Fugitive'!' explains Don Dokken. 'The lyrics have touched me amidst the currently uncertain world. It's an up-tempo rocker, like some others on the album as well. I have no idea what the future holds for our world, so I took a step back and am watching how everything unfolds... yes, like many others, I have become a refugee from life. Hence the title!'
