by Fabian Groth (null) Be ready for the next act in the opus of the probably most controversial band nowadays. So many times, the release of this successor to the best selling "Significant other" was re-scheduled, rumours were telling about a creative blackout with the mastermind Fred Durst, who following that ended all kind of communication with the media. Now, finally, the album is ready, and already the first single confirms what most of us expected: the band sticks to their strengths. Considering song-structures and dramatics, there may be some Deja Vu's, the formula bringing "Nookie" and "Break stuff" into the charts hopefully still works. One help for Durst to get back to creativity was the collaboration with friend and Stone Temple Pilots-singer Scott Weiland. Fine choice I am willing to say. If he was also responsible for little changes, like e.g. several Jane's Addiction-elements in the Bizkit-sound?
